I realize I didnt get pictures of the bedroom on the floorplan marked by bedroom 2, its next to the first bedroom in the front, divided by what was probably once pocket doors, but is now an actual wall. all the bedrooms have closets and windows.
and....the kitchen! Big,brand new appliances!
And the door in between the sink area and the stove leads to the brand new washer dryer, which is coin operated, but the landlord pays for the water.
Through that door, is a private entrance, gated of course, with a little space between the door and the stairs to the upstairs unit. Everyone in the house is between 24ish and about mid thirties, NO CHILDREN OR OLD PEOPLE.
There are two parking spots, one under the house, one outside, each available for 195$ extra a month. There is no backyard type space, and the parking area is shared with the condos that are on the opposing block, but supposedly they periodically have little dinner parties outside and such.
