So, to recap.... its 159 fair oaks st, 3 story building, five units total, ours is the biggest, with two units on each floor above us. located in between 22nd and 23rd, near the j-line muni ;p
4 bedrooms, one and a half baths, we pay gas and electricity, they pay water and garbage.
there are two parking spots available, one underneath the building, and one outside, for 195$ each. It is super clean, still kinda spells like paint, and all the appliances are new.
